2025 High-Level Policy Dialogue in East Asia Successfully Held
On June 30, 2025, the 2025 High-Level Policy Dialogue in East Asia concluded successfully in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Convened under the theme "Fostering an AI-enabled Higher Education Ecosystem," the dialogue was co-organised by the Ministry of Education of Mongolia, the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Communications of Mongolia, the Mongolian National Commission for UNESCO (MNCU), the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST, IIOE Mongolia National Centre), the UNESCO Regional Office for East Asia, and the International Centre for Higher Education Innovation under the auspices of UNESCO (UNESCO-ICHEI), with the support of China Pocy Group Co., Ltd. The high-level gathering drew over 150 participation from government officials across the East Asian region, higher education institution leaders, UNESCO representatives, regional and international organisation delegates, academics, industry experts, and corporate representatives. The discussions focused on the opportunities and challenges that artificial intelligence (AI) brings to higher education systems in the region, analysed concrete needs and implementation difficulties, showcased feasible AI application solutions for higher education, and promoted collaboration among academia, industry, research institutions, and multilateral partners.

Deepening Sino-French Educational Innovation Cooperation | China POCY Group Signs Memorandam of Understanding with Galileo Global Education Group and Paris School of Technology & Business
On June 11, 2025 (local time) in France, a delegation from China Craftsman Valley, led by Yao Yichun, President of China POCY Group and Chair of the UNESCO World Federation Committee on Industry-Education Integration, and joined by Yang Zhilin, Executive President of China POCY Group, Yan Changbao, Deputy Party Secretary and Assistant to the President of Caofeidian College of Technology, and Wu Haoyang, English teacher at Tangshan Maritime Institute, carried out a series of important educational exchange activities in France. During the visit, the delegation held cordial discussions with Galileo Global Education Group and the Paris School of Technology & Business (PST&B), and signed separate Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with each, marking another solid step forward in China POCY Group’s path toward international development.

Faculty and Students of Caifeidian College of Technology Achieve Multiple Honors at the 2nd Hebei Vocational Skills Competition
Skills light the way forward, and craftsmanship builds dreams for Hebei. The 2nd Hebei Vocational Skills Competition, hosted by the Hebei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and organized by the Handan Municipal Government, concluded on April 28 in Handan. With exceptional skills, a fighting spirit, and outstanding performance, Caofeidian College of Technology’s teacher Cui Jun won a silver medal in the Social Sports Instruction (Fitness) event, student Li Chenyao secured a bronze medal in the Merchandise Display Technology event, and student Li Jiayi earned an Excellence Award in the Industrial Design Technology event. Additionally, the Digital Interactive Media Design and Aircraft Maintenance teams achieved fourth and fifth places, respectively, contributing significantly to Tangshan City’s top ranking on both the medal and points leaderboards.

From March 20 to 23, the annual conference of the European Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Centers, and Associations (EFUCA) was successfully held in Greece, during which the election of the new president, vice president, and secretary-general was completed. The conference invited key leaders and education experts from European UNESCO federations, including Germany, France, Spain, Romania, Belarus, Italy, Moldova, and Greece, to engage in in-depth discussions on critical topics such as education, culture, peace, and sustainable development. As an outstanding representative of Chinese vocational education, China Craftsman Valley was invited to participate and held extensive exchanges with delegates on themes such as the "internationalization of vocational education" and "vocational education going global."
