China POCY Group and Russia‘s Krasnodar State Institute of Culture Reach Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement
On May 14, 2026, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between China POCY Group and Krasnodar State Institute of Culture was held in Beijing. Representatives from both sides attended the ceremony, including from China POCY Group: Sun Aiping, Executive Vice President; Ma Jia, General Manager of the Education Division; Xie Xin, Brand Manager of the Education Division; Wang Teng, Deputy Manager of the Education Division; and Zhang Xinyi, Russian Project Lead, International Cooperation Office, Caofeidian College of Technology. “China Craftsman Valley · China–Russia Education Year” Event Concludes Successfully
In early summer, along the coast of the Bohai Sea, all things flourished in vitality. From May 12 to 13, the “China Craftsman Valley · China–Russia Education Year” event was successfully held at the institutions of China Craftsman Valley. Vice Rector Anna Nikolaevna Selyuk of the Krasnodar State Institute of Culture, Assistant to the Rector Sergey Sergeyevich Zengin, together with a delegation of 39 faculty members and students from Russia, joined Ding Guosheng, Vice President of China POCY Group and Dean of POCY International Academy; Liu Caiqin, President of Caofeidian College of Technology; Yan Changbao, Vice President; Li Jiasheng, President of Tangshan Maritime Institute; Li Qian and Zhang Shukun, Assistants to the President; Zhang Ning, President of Tangshan Experimental Secondary Vocational School and Tangshan Craftsman Valley Technical School; along with faculty and student representatives from China Craftsman Valley institutions, to embark on a remarkable educational exchange journey transcending language and culture.

Dual Breakthroughs in Digitalization and Internationalization | China POCY Group Approved to Join the World Digital Education Alliance (WDEA)
On the morning of May 11, 2026, during the 2026 World Digital Education Conference held in Hangzhou, the Second Meeting of the First Council and the 2026 General Assembly of the World Digital Education Alliance (WDEA) were successfully convened. The meeting was chaired by Yang Jun, Co-Secretary-General of the Alliance and Vice President & Secretary-General of the China Education Association for International Exchange. Zhou Zuoyu, Deputy Director of the University Council of Beijing Normal University, Yang Zongkai, Chair of the WDEA Expert Advisory Committee, and Wu Yonghe, Chair of the WDEA Standards Committee, respectively presented key achievements in global digital education innovation cases, AI ethics in education, and alliance standardization initiatives. Representatives from 15 council member institutions attended the meeting and engaged in in-depth discussions on the Alliance’s 2025 work review, future development plans, and specialized initiatives.

From March 23 to 24, 2026 (local time), the Sixth Annual Meeting of the UNESCO Global Education Coalition (GEC) was held at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. More than 240 coalition members, along with representatives from national education authorities, international organizations, and leading enterprises, gathered to discuss pathways for global education transformation and explore strategies for making quality education accessible to all.

Promoting Equity through Education, Advancing Development through Skills | China Craftsman Valley Delegation Engages in Discussions with UNESCO Bodies
To implement the various cooperation agreements reached in previous meetings and discuss the next steps in the work plan, a delegation representing China Craftsman Valley conducted a special working exchange at the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris from March 24 to 25 (Paris time). The delegation consisted of Sun Aiping, Executive Vice President of China POCY Group; Ma Jia, General Manager of the Education Division; Zhang Shukun, Assistant to the President of Tangshan Maritime Institute; and Chang Haiman, Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Office at Caofeidian College of Technology.
