China POCY Group (hereinafter referred to as POCY) is a diversified multinational conglomerate dedicated to the integrated development of education and industry. Its business spans multiple sectors, including education investment, smart technology, healthcare, cultural tourism, cold chain logistics, and property management. The Group is committed to building a sustainable "education + industry" integrated ecosystem, actively developing the "China Craftsman Valley" brand, and operating four flagship Vocational Education Town 4.0 projects. It has also introduced the world’s first IERC (Industry-Education Retirement Community) model that integrates education, services, and elderly care on a global scale. Headquartered in Beijing and Hong Kong, POCY has established major project presences in Guiyang, Chengdu, Tangshan, Jiujiang, Baoding, and Zhangjiakou, and operates international offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and South Korea, steadily building a global operational network across Central Europe and Asia.

Education Investment & Industry-Education Integration

Leveraging over two decades of experience in vocational education, POCY has invested in and developed landmark projects including the Guizhou Qingzhen Vocational Education Town, Beijing Caofeidian International Vocational Education Town, Chengdu International Vocational Education Town, Baoding International Vocational Education Town, the Beijing Health Valley, and the China Aerospace Science & Technology Valley. These industry-education platforms offer full-cycle educational services encompassing basic education, secondary and higher vocational education, and healthcare and elderly care training.

Global Recognition & Partnerships

The Group has been honored with several authoritative international recognitions, including UNESCO Strategic Partner, Chair Unit of the UNESCO World Alliance for Vocational Education Integration, Outstanding Partner of the Ministry of Education of China, Global Partner Program Member of the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE), and Standing Council Member of the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics (CSAA). POCY currently operates more than 10 directly managed institutions and leads a network of over 150 affiliated partner schools, with a teaching staff exceeding 30,000 and approximately 500,000 enrolled students. It offers nearly 1,000 specialized programs in key areas such as nursing & elderly care, artificial intelligence, aerospace, and modern logistics.

2024

  • April 2024, China POCY Group’s Korea (Gunsan) Education Center was officially inaugurated at Kunsan National University.

  • May 2024, a press conference themed 'New Model for Elderly Care, New Benchmark for Industry-Education Integration' was held in Beijing to mark China POCY Group’s formal entry into the IERC-based elderly care sector.

2023

  • May 2023, China POCY Group signed a cooperation agreement with Rhein TEC Lighting (Germany), officially launching its German Training Base.

  • In July 2023, Global Skills Academy Co., Limited (Hong Kong), a subsidiary of China POCY Group, was officially established. Guided by the principles of UNESCO’s “Education 2030 Framework for Action,” the company actively promotes and develops Global Skills Academy initiatives both within China and around the world.

  • In October 2023, the 10th World Congress of the WFUCA) was held in South Korea. During the conference, the White Paper on Industry-Education Integration at China Craftsman Valley was officially released. Mr. Yao Yichun, President of China POCY Group, was formally appointed as the Chairman of the Industry-Education Integration Committee of WFUCA.

  • November 2023, China POCY Group signed an investment cooperation agreement with the People’s Government of Zhuolu County, Zhangjiakou City, for the 'Beijing Health Valley' project, the first in China to implement the IERC model for elderly care within Beijing Capital Economic Circle.

2021

  • April 2021, the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China and the People's Government of Sichuan Province jointly issued an official document, designating 'China Craftsman Valley' as a core objective for Chengdu’s vocational education development, integrating talent, innovation, industry, employment, and smart education.

  • In December 2021, China POCY Group officially signed a cooperation agreement with the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, joining hands with the People’s Government of Pengzhou City, Chengdu to co-invest in the development of the "China Aerospace Science and Technology Valley" and the "National Vocational Education Aerospace Demonstration Training Base", building upon the foundation of the "Lichun Aviation Power Town." The agreement also includes the establishment of the Sichuan Vocational School of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

2020

  • May 2020, Tangshan Maritime Institute was officially accredited by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and approved by the Hebei Provincial People's Government. It is the only maritime-focused vocational institute in Hebei Province.

  • August 2020, Tangshan Craftsman Valley Technical School was approved by the Hebei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, becoming a key part of the China Craftsman Valley’s vocational training system.

2018-2019

  • May 2018, China POCY Group’s overseas training base in the UK was officially inaugurated at the campus of the New Beacon Group.

  • October 2019, China POCY Group established an Innovation Center in Silicon Valley and an Education Center in Boston, USA.

2017

  • March 2017, UNESCO and China POCY Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Paris, officially naming 'China Craftsman Valley' a strategic partner of UNESCO.

  • May 2017, the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China officially approved the establishment of Caofeidian College of Technology, marking the Group’s official entry into independently operating vocational education institutions.

  • July 2017, International Conference: Follow-up to the Third International Congress on TVET was held in Tangshan. The Caofeidian project was designated by UNESCO as the only 'World Vocational Education and Training Base in China.

2016

  • February 2016, the first foundation pile was driven for the Beijing Caofeidian International Vocational Education Town, officially launching the construction of China’s first port-based vocational education town.

  • September 2016, the first institution in Beijing Caofeidian International Vocational Education Town, Tangshan Experimental Secondary Vocational School officially opened, completing construction, licensing, and enrollment all within the same year, setting the 'China Craftsman Valley' speed.

2013-2015

  • January 2013, POCY Investment Group Co., Ltd. was formally established.

  • May 2014, China POCY Group Co., Ltd. was established in Hong Kong, marking the launch of the Group's dual-headquarters strategy.

  • November 2015, during the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Industrial Transfer Matchmaking Conference in Shijiazhuang, jointly organized by the MIIT, Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei Provincial People's governments, the Tangshan Caofeidian District People's Government and China POCY Group signed an agreement to jointly invest in and construct the Beijing Caofeidian International Vocational Education Town.

2011-2012

  • February 2011, Mr. Yao Yichun, President of China POCY Group, participated in the planning and promotion of the Guiyang Vocational Education Park (predecessor name of Guizhou Qingzhen Vocational Education Town).

  • March 2012, Sichuan Tong'an Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of POCY Investment Group, officially participated in the investment and construction of Guizhou Qingzhen Vocational Education Town.

2004

  • October 25, 2004，the predecessor of China POCY Group, Sichuan Tong'an Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
