Craftsman Valley Public Welfare
The Craftsman Valley Public Welfare Fund is a targeted vocational education assistance project jointly launched by the Shanxi Wang Dingguo Charity Foundation and China POCY Group. Upholding the principle of “Skills Prevent Poverty, Vocational Education Fuels Common Prosperity,” the fund operates through designated funding and targeted support. It provides full scholarships to eligible recent graduates from impoverished rural areas, ethnic minority regions, families of military veterans, and former revolutionary base areas, enabling them to study at higher vocational institutions under the China Craft Valley system. The initiative aims to achieve the vision of “one person trained, one job created, one family lifted to prosperity.”
