CCV Excellent Teachers Program

In response to national education reform initiatives and to align with the “Double-Qualified Teachers” framework, China POCY Group launched the China Craftsman Valley The Excellent Teacher Program — a pioneering initiative for large-scale international teacher development. We use our own and external resources to develop personalized training programs to help teachers improve their teaching abilities, align with international education concepts, and truly achieve systematization, specialization, and internationalization of teacher team building.

2019

October 24, 2019

the first training session of the China Craftsman Valley "Excellent Teacher Program" commenced at the UK New Beacon Group. Over the 21-day training and study tour, 23 teachers from China Craftsman Valley · Caofeidian College of Technology visited the United Kingdom and Germany. During this period, they participated in 20 specialized courses, visited 7 vocational education institutions and 4 world-renowned enterprises, and engaged in 6 professional skill exchange activities. They deeply experienced the rich academic atmosphere at the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford, and visited renowned enterprises such as Jaguar Land Rover's factory and BMW's Regensburg automated production base. The program also provided insights into different vocational education philosophies and models from the two countries, including the UK apprenticeship system, the UK vocational education certification framework, vocational curriculum development, the German education system, and the German dual-system vocational training model.

A total of 52 core faculty members from Caofeidian College of Technology and Tangshan Maritime Institute participated in the program.
