  • International Department – Senior Translator

    Responsibilities

    1. Support the execution of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs and institutions:
    (1) Match and coordinate resources;
    (2) Oversee end-to-end project execution;
    (3) Conduct project review and archiving.
    2. Expand and manage international projects to meet performance targets:
    (1) Implement programs such as overseas faculty training and student exchange;
    (2) Lead project promotion and market operations;
    (3) Handle profit analysis and revenue recognition.
    3. Organize large-scale international events:
    (1) Lead event planning, documentation, and implementation;
    (2) Coordinate staffing and assignments for international participants;
    (3) Ensure effective interdepartmental collaboration and execution;
    (4) Supervise execution and provide post-event reports.
    4. Manage foreign affairs and delegations:
    (1) Support the headquarters’ foreign reception duties;
    (2) Organize and ensure the safety of outbound visits.
    5. Ensure translation accuracy and compliance with formatting standards:
    (1) Translate documents accurately for internal and external use.

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree or above in English or related major;
    2. Over 5 years of relevant experience, with CATTI Level 2 or equivalent preferred;
    3. Excellent written and oral English skills; proficient in MS Office;
    4. Familiar with the education sector, experience in international education preferred;
    5. Strong stress management skills, able to travel, responsible and communicative.

  • Brand Planning Manager

    Responsibilities

    1. Assist in building and refining the brand strategy system and brand management processes based on the brand strategy of POCY Group;
    2. Execute annual branding plans and coordinate with HQ, branches, and partner institutions;
    3. Draft and edit brand communications, including brochures, press releases, speeches, social media, etc.;
    4. Lead project planning for educational and healthcare real estate, including proposals, presentations, publicity materials and press conference;
    5. Develop creative content and plans for campaigns, events, and exhibitions, Including but not limited to content creativity, event creativity, publicity and media advertising, etc.;
    6. Review and proofread brand outputs, ensuring content accuracy and clarity;
    7. Coordinate with external advertising agencies and manage branding assets;
    8. Support other tasks assigned by department leadership.

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or related preferred;
    2. 5+ years of experience in brand planning or copywriting, preferably in education industry or 4A agencies;
    3. Excellent creativity, writing skills, and communication abilities;
    4. Strong command of PowerPoint and a good sense of visual aesthetics;
    5. High integrity, professionalism, and adherence to industry ethics;
    6. Fast learner, able to work under pressure.
