Deepening Sino-French Educational Innovation Cooperation | China POCY Group Signs Memorandam of Understanding with Galileo Global Education Group and Paris School of Technology & Business

On June 11, 2025 (local time) in France, a delegation from China Craftsman Valley, led by Yao Yichun, President of China POCY Group and Chair of the UNESCO World Federation Committee on Industry-Education Integration, and joined by Yang Zhilin, Executive President of China POCY Group, Yan Changbao, Deputy Party Secretary and Assistant to the President of Caofeidian College of Technology, and Wu Haoyang, English teacher at Tangshan Maritime Institute, carried out a series of important educational exchange activities in France. During the visit, the delegation held cordial discussions with Galileo Global Education Group and the Paris School of Technology & Business (PST&B), and signed separate Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with each, marking another solid step forward in China POCY Group’s path toward international development.

According to the MoU, China POCY Group and Galileo Global Education Group will establish a long-term cooperation mechanism in five key areas.

  • Higher education and specific degree programs: jointly developing innovative curricula and introducing cutting-edge international educational concepts.
  • Research and faculty cooperation: launching joint academic research projects, and implementing faculty exchange and training programs.
  • Student mobility: setting up exchange programs and joint internship bases.
  • Executive training and continuing education: designing customized senior management courses.
  • Cross-cultural dialogue: promoting mutual understanding through cultural festivals, academic forums, and other activities.

The cooperation with PST&B will likewise cover multiple dimensions:

  • Higher education and joint degree programs: exploring innovative models such as “dual degrees” and “joint training”.
  • Research and faculty collaboration: encouraging faculty to jointly apply for international research projects and share academic resources.
  • Student and staff exchange: building regularized exchange mechanisms.
  • Administrative staff training and continuing education: implementing targeted capacity-building programs for educational administrators.
  • Intercultural dialogue: fostering Sino-French educational and cultural integration through jointly organized international seminars and cultural exchange camps.
