Director Yao highlighted that since his first visit in 2020, the college has developed a distinctive professional cluster aligning “program chains with industrial chains,” established a talent cultivation system integrating “job roles, courses, competitions, and certifications,” and created a leading training and teaching platform in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. This visit and interview activity by the NPC Beidaihe Training Base injected strong momentum into the college’s high-quality development. Taking this event as a starting point, the college will establish a long-term collaboration mechanism with the NPC Beidaihe Training Base, focusing on in-depth cooperation in curriculum development, practical teaching, and teacher resource sharing. This will innovate the “school-enterprise synergy” talent cultivation system and build a “demand-oriented, competency-based” teaching quality assurance mechanism. Moving forward, both parties will work together to deepen industry-education integration, create a model hub for cultivating applied talent in the new era, and jointly write a new chapter in collaborative talent development and service to societal progress.
